It is a perfect fit. Local girl joins forces with local company. I'm privileged to be associated with Bailey Properties since we both have a long history in this area. I am a Watsonville native (fourth generation), and worked for many years in our family business, started by my great-grandfather John Henrichsen in 1918, John's Shoe Store. I also enjoyed owning and operating the La Selva Beach Surf Shop for years with my husband Ron. Our daughter, Claire, is working towards her Masters in Boston. My husband and I are long time members and officers of the Santa Cruz Longboard Union surf club, and we love surfing and sailing the Monterey Bay. Our family recipe is "just add water".

I feel very fortunate to call this area my home and hope to assist others in having similar fortune.
